A tutti i Registrar, con la presente Vi informiamo che da oggi all'interno della sezione "Corsi" del portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it/), e' disponibile la lista di tutti i corsi in programma per il 2013 (E-commerce, trattamento dei dati e cloud computing. Uso di segni distintivi e marchi anche nei social network, Sviluppare con Drupal, Sicurezza Informatica, Posta Elettronica, Aspetti regolamentari per i Registrar e Aspetti tecnici per i Registrar). Da oggi e' disponibile il form per l'iscrizione al corso E-commerce, trattamento dei dati e cloud computing. Uso di segni distintivi e marchi anche nei social network in programma a Torino nel mese di aprile. I form per l'iscrizione agli altri corsi saranno disponibili alcune settimane prima della data di svolgimento di ogni corso e ne sara' data informazione tramite l'invio di un messaggio su questa lista. Per i corsi: E-commerce, trattamento dei dati e cloud computing. Uso di segni distintivi e marchi anche nei social network, Aspetti regolamentari per i Registrar e Aspetti tecnici per i Registrar, sara' possibile iscrivere due nominativi per Registrar. Starting from today, it is possible to apply to the following courses: E-commerce, laws on data protection and cloud computing, The use of brand names and trademarks in social networks, due to take place in Torino, in April. The application forms for the others courses will be available some weeks before the date of the beginning of each course and we will give you all the relevant information through an email to the Registrars mailing list. We would like to remind you that only two people for each Registrar can apply to the following courses: E-commerce, laws on data protection and cloud computing, The use of brand names and trademarks in social networks, Regulatory issues for Registrars, Technical requirements for Registrars. Only one person for each Registrar can apply to to the following courses: Developing with Drupal, Information Security and Electronic Mail. The courses will be held in Italian. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che sulla piattaforma di test del Registro (epp-pub-test.nic.it e epp-deleted-pub-test.nic.it) e' disponibile una nuova versione del server EPP. Tale versione, che entrera' in produzione 30 giorni dopo la pubblicazione sul sito Web del Registro delle nuove Linee Guida Tecniche v2.0, include una estensione all'operazione di Domain Info che consente al Registrar di ottenere, oltre ai dati relativi ad un nome a dominio da lui mantenuto o del quale possiede l'authinfo, anche i dati dei contatti associati al dominio stesso. Le principali caratteristiche tecniche e funzionalità della nuova versione del server EPP sono evidenziate in un apposit odocumento Principali_modifiche_delle_Linee_Guida-Tecniche-v2.0.pdf) pubblicato sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) nella sezione "Documenti/Regolamenti". Vi raccomandiamo di prendere visione delle nuove funzionalità del server EPP e di verificare la corretta interazione dei vostri client con il nuovo sistema. This version, that will become effective 30 days after the publication of the Technical Guidelines v 2.0 on the Web site of the Registry, includes an extension of the Domain Info operation that enables the Registrar to obtain, in addition to the data related to a domain name that he maintains or about which he has the authinfo code, also the data of the contacts associated to the domain name. The main technical features and functionalities of the new version of the EPP server are highlighted in a separate document (Main_modifications_ Technical_Guidelines-v2.0.pdf) published on the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it) in the section "Documents/Regulations". A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che oggi, 20 febbraio 2013, e' stato pubblicato sul sito Web del Registro (http://www.nic.it) e sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) il nuovo "Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it v7.0". Il nuovo Regolamento, prodotto nell'ambito delle attivita' del Gruppo di Lavoro sul Regolamento (GLR) del Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro (CIR) e approvato da quest'ultimo, differisce dalla Versione 6.2 attualmente in uso per i seguenti principali elementi: - eliminazione di tutte le parti facenti riferimento al sistema di registrazione asincrono (definizioni, soggetti, procedura di registrazione, stati, coesistenza dei due sistemi di registrazione, ecc.); - rivisitazione dei paragrafi relativi ai nomi a dominio riservati e assegnabili solo a specifiche categorie di registranti, con particolare riferimento ai nomi a dominio corrispondenti ai gTLD; - riorganizzazione generale del documento al fine di renderlo piu' facilmente leggibile e fruibile. Il nuovo Regolamento entrera' in funzione il 20 marzo 2013. The new Regulation, produced as part of the activities of the Working Group of Regulation (GLR) of the Steering Committee of the Registry (CIR) and approved by it, differs from Version 6.2 currently in use for the following main elements: - Elimination of all parts referring to the Asynchronous registration system (definitions, subjects, registration procedure, statuses, coexistence of the two registration systems, and so on). - Revision of the sections relating to reserved domain names and assignable only to specific categories of Registrants, with particular reference to domain names corresponding to gTLDs; - General reorganization of the document in order to make it more readable and usable. The new Regulation will come into effect on March 20, 2013. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che il Registro .it, come gia' avvenne per le scuole aquilane nel giugno del 2010, ha contribuito alla nascita di un'aula informatica per i bambini delle zone alluvionate della Liguria e in particolare per la scuola primaria e dell'infanzia del comune di Rocchetta di Vara (provincia di La Spezia). Al fine di offrire una concreto aiuto ai bambini e agli studenti di quelle zone sono stati messi a disposizione 15 computer portatili, 16 monitor, una lavagna multimediale e due stampanti. L'inaugurazione ufficiale si terra' il 31 gennaio. Alla cerimonia inaugurale della scuola e dell'aula informatica saranno presenti: Riccardo Barotti - sindaco di Rocchetta di Vara, Lorenzo Dellai - presidente della Provincia autonoma di Trento, Claudio Burlando - Governatore della Regione Liguria e Domenico Laforenza - responsabile del Registro .it e direttore dello Iit-Cnr. In order to provide concrete help to the children in the area the following have been made available: 15 laptops, 6 monitors, a multimedia whiteboard, and two printers. The official opening will take place on January 31. A tutti i Registrar, con riferimento all'attivita' di registrazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio .it, si informano tutti i Registrar che, a causa delle operazioni di chiusura dell'esercizio finanziario 2012 dell'Ente, il Registro .it non potra' emettere fatture successivamente al 20 dicembre prossimo. Pertanto i versamenti effettuati dopo il 20 dicembre verranno fatturati nell'esercizio 2013 fermo restando il fatto che il credito del Registrar sara' aggiornato alla data di maturazione dello stesso sulla base dei dati contabili in nostro possesso.
