A tutti i Registrar, si comunica che il Registro.it, al fine di consentire ai Registrar accreditati di scambiarsi opinioni e comunicazioni connesse allo svolgimento dei loro compiti e, sulla base delle risultanze della riunione, tenutasi tra lo IIT-Registro e i Registrar, il 15 settembre scorso, ha predisposto la mailing list REGtoREG(a)nic.it alla quale sono iscritti tutti i Registrar titolari di un contratto attivo con lo IIT-Registro, secondo le stesse modalità della lista registrars(a)nic.it. Come richiestoci, il personale del Registro.it non e’ incluso nella lista. Ai fini della messa in servizio della suddetta lista, si pregano i Registrar interessati di far conoscere allo IIT-Registro la loro disponibilita' a ricoprire il ruolo di moderatore. Nel caso in cui lo IIT-Registro dovesse ricevere piu’ candidature, la scelta sara’ operata dallo IIT-Registro stesso a suo insindacabile giudizio. L’espressione delle candidature dovra’ essere inviata a hostmaster(a)nic.it e avvenire entro venerdi 25 settembre 2015. La lista opera sui server dello IIT-Registro e non prevede l'acquisizione di nuovi dati, disponendo lo IIT-Registro solo dei dati presenti nei propri archivi a fronte del contratto Registrar, essendo la lista formata ai sensi dell'articolo 24 del decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003 n. 196, in virtù dei rapporto di strumentalità derivante dal contratto IIT-Registro/Registrar. La lista non sarà resa disponibile a terzi. Gli iscritti potranno, in ogni momento, cancellarsi dalla lista tramite la modalità opt-out, comunicando al moderatore della lista tale scelta, oppure tramite i comandi tipici di “unsubscribe" delle mailing list. Il moderatore avrà altresì il compito di evitare la circolazione di messaggi aggressivi e denigratori. Se il Registrar iscritto alla lista volesse manifestare da subito la scelta di cancellarsi dalla lista può farlo secondo le modalita’ espresse precedentemente. Cordiali saluti, lo staff del Registro .it ============================= To all Registrars, We inform you that the Registro.it, in order to allow accredited Registrars to exchange opinions and communications relating to the carrying out of their tasks, on the basis of the results of the meeting that was held on September 15 between the IIT-Registro and the Registrars, has prepared a mailing list named REGtoREG(a)nic.it, in which all the Registrars that hold a valid contract with the IIT-Registro are subscribed, in the same way as the registrars(a)nic.it list. Following your request, the people working within the Registro.it will not be included in the list. In order to activate the mailing list in hand, the interested Registrars are kindly invited to let IIT-Registro know their own candidacy to hold a moderator role: in case the IIT-Registro receive more than one candidacy, the choice will be done by the IIT-Registro itself with a final and unappealable decision. The candidacy must be sent to hostmaster(a)nic.it and arrive within next Friday, 25 September 2015. The list operates on the servers of the IIT-Registro and it does not include the acquisition of new data, having the IIT-Registro only the data existing in its records extracted from the Registrar contract and being the list made pursuant to article 24 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of June 30, 2003, by virtue of the relationship of instrumentality deriving from the contract IIT-Registro/Registrar. The list will not be made available to third parties. Participants can unsubscribe from the list at any time, by means of opt-out, communicating to the moderator of the list that choice, or through the typical mailing list "unsubscribe" command. The moderator will also have the task of preventing the circulation of aggressive messages and detractors. If a Registrar immediately wishes to express the choice to unsubscribe from the list, he can do it according to the procedures expressed previously. Ai Registrar, il 15 settembre p.v. si terrà a Pisa un meeting straordinario del Registro, per presentare ai Registrar la versione definitiva del nuovo Regolamento del Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro (CIR) e la metodologia per le elezioni. Ticket#2015071350002287) per rispondere alle nuove esigenze del settore in maniera sempre più compiuta, aperta e trasparente ritiene necessario passare da un processo cooptativo ad uno elettivo per la nomina dei rappresentati dei Registrar in seno al CIR. A questo scopo ha predisposto un nuovo Regolamento CIR e le regole di votazione dei rappresentanti dei Registrar. Ai Registrar, è online il nuovo sito web del Registro con una grafica rinnovata e una sezione notizie più ampia. Concepito per essere consultato in maniera semplice e immediata, offre percorsi di orientamento di base e di approfondimento, attraverso sezioni dedicate o link correlati. Il sito si arricchisce di due nuove sezioni: - "progetti del Registro”: tutti i progetti nati dalla sinergia del rapporto tra Registro e Registrar, dedicati ad aumentare la diffusione, la cultura, la tecnologia e la socialità di Internet in Italia - “Moduli & Doc”: questa sezione permette di trovare facilmente moduli, regolamenti, ect. senza dover navigare all’interno delle varie sezioni del sito. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che domani, mercoledì 22 Luglio 2015, dalle ore 8:30 alle ore 12:00 verrà effettuato un intervento di manutenzione straordinaria all’impianto elettrico della sala macchine del Registro .it. L'intervento rientra in un progetto di aumento di potenza della sala dati e coinvolgerà uno dei quadri elettrici. Non sono previste interruzioni ai servizi erogati. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, mercoledì 20 maggio, alle ore 15:00, sarà sostituito il certificato SSL utilizzato dal Registro .it per il servizio EPP di produzione (epp.nic.it,epp-deleted.nic.it). Il certificato per i servizi Web (sito del Registro, portale RAIN, portale ARP, ecc.) è già stato sostituito in data 14 maggio 2015, mentre quello utilizzato dai server EPP di test pubblico (pub-test.nic.it e epp-deleted-pub-test.nic.it) sarà sostituito in data odierna. Il certificato in uso per servizi Web e EPP del Registro utilizzava, infatti, un algoritmo di cifratura SHA-1, ormai deprecato. Il nuovo certificato utilizza, invece, un algoritmo di cifratura SHA-256. Il nuovo certificato è disponibile nei vari formati ("trusted.keystore_20150510_20170612_sha256","nic.it_20150510_20170612_sha256.cer"e "nic.it_20150510_20170612_sha256.pem") alla URL: https://epp-doc.nic.it user: tester pw: testepp Cordiali saluti, lo staff del Registro .it ==================== To all Registrars, we inform you that on Wednesday, May 20, at 3:00 pm, the SSL certificate used by the Registro .it for the production EPP service (epp.nic.it, epp-deleted.nic.it) will be replaced. The certificate for the Web services (web site of the Registry, RAIN portal, ARP, etc.) was replaced on May 14, 2015, while the one used by the EPP public test server(pub-test.nic.it and epp-deleted-pub-test.nic.it) will be replaced today. The certificate for the Web and EPP services of the Registry utilized, in fact, a SHA-1 encryption algorithm, now deprecated. The new certificate instead, uses a SHA-256 encryption algorithm.
