Il messaggio è rivolto a tutti i soggetti sottoposti alla giurisdizione nazionale italiana; sono esclusi, pertanto, tutti i soggetti non italiani che abbiano un main estabilishment in uno stato membro della UE diverso dall’Italia. ________________ To all Registrars, we forward you the communication, from MIMIT and ACN, regarding the convening of the TLD/Registrar sector table for October 3, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. The message is addressed to all subjects subject to Italian national jurisdiction; therefore, all non-Italian subjects who have a main establishment in an EU member state other than Italy can ignore the message below (Italian only). INIZIO MESSAGGIO In vista dell’imminente recepimento della Direttiva 2022/2555 (NIS-2) il MIMIT, in qualità di Autorità di Settore NIS e l’Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale (ACN), in qualità di Autorità competente in materia cyber, hanno organizzato, per il giorno 3 ottobre 2024, alle ore 15,00, un tavolo informativo di settore dedicato ai Gestori di Registri dei nomi di dominio di primo livello (TLD) e ai Fornitori di servizi di registrazione dei nomi di dominio, molti dei quali ricadono anche tra i Fornitori di servizi di sistema dei nomi di dominio (DNS), nell’ambito del settore delle Infrastrutture Digitali, L’incontro sarà occasione per illustrare i passi che la nuova norma prevederà e discutere delle eventuali questioni peculiari del settore. Qualora abbiate domande o questioni già pronte da portare all’attenzione, potete anticiparle all’indirizzo di posta elettronica autorita.nis(a)mise.gov.it al fine di ottimizzare i tempi dell’evento. A tutti i Registrar, vi ricordiamo che domani, 23 maggio, saranno rinnovati i certificati SSL degli EPP di produzione del Registro (epp.nic.it/epp-deleted.nic.it), come da mail inviata a questa lista in data 8 maggio scorso e di seguito allegata. Considerato che, dai controlli effettuati, risultano ancora alcuni Registrar che utilizzano i protocolli TLS 1.0 e TLS 1.1, il passaggio definitivo lato server ai protocolli TLS 1.2 e TLS 1.3, con conseguente disattivazione delle versioni 1.0 e 1.1, sara’ effettuato lunedì 27 maggio. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che oggi, 19 aprile 2024, nella sezione “Moduli e Doc” del sito web del Registro.it, è stata pubblicata la versione 3.1 delle “Linee Guida Tecniche”: https://www.nic.it/sites/default/files/documenti/2024/Linee_Guida_Tecniche_… Le nuove Linee Guida Tecniche entreranno in vigore il 20 maggio 2024. Le modifiche, rispetto alla versione precedente, sono elencate nella sezione "Revisioni" del documento. Vi comunichiamo, inoltre, che il 20 maggio 2024 il sistema per la verifica dell’accuratezza dei dati dei Registranti entrerà in produzione.
